This general map represents the entire Antelope Valley area and shows Palmdale - Lancaster - Quartz Hill - Acton - Leona Valley - Littlerock - Agua Dulce.  Canyon Country is a little further north than the map shows but I will be happy to show you any properties that interest you there, as well as properties in any of the cities shown on the map.

Rancho Vista is the name given to the huge master planned community on Palmdale's Westside.  Heading north on the 14 freeway, take the Rancho Vista exit from the 14 freeway and head West to 30th Street West - all property west of 30th Street to approximately Avenue N on the boundary of Quartz Hill makes up the Rancho Vista development.  Great amenities here - new shops and housing, excellent golf course, new schools and a brand new 40 acre park extension still under development.  When completed, Marie Kerr Park will comprise 60 acres with a community swimming pool, community center, outdoor amphitheater, softball and soccer fields, community buildings, tennis courts and outdoor skateboarding park.  Marie Kerr park borders Rancho Vista immediately to the east of 30th Street West on Rancho Vista Blvd. Antelope Valley Country Club is a members only club with golf course and swimming pool, located in close proximity to a shopping center that includes Walmart, Home Depot, swimming pool supply and a selection of restaurants, home and clothing stores.  The Country Club housing development is predominantly made up of unique and custom older homes and is a very attractive neighborhood.  The Antelope Valley Mall is less than a mile away from the Country Club housing development.  Pelona Vista Park located in South Palmdale is a well maintained soccer complex and this is where the local AYSO teams meet in season.

This map represents south eastern Palmdale.  The Desert Aire golf course is located on Avenue P and 40th Street East.  There are a number of new housing and shopping developments on the east side of Palmdale as well as a new Aquatic Waterpark Complex currently under development on Avenue S and 30th Street East.  The new water park will have a lazy river, water slides and fountains on 30 acres and promises to offer kids from all over the AV a great time! Lake Palmdale is home to the Fin n Feather club, which is a membership fishing club.  Courson Park and McAdam Park also offer community swimming pools with a Brunswick bowling center next door to McAdam Park.  An indoor roller rink is located in Lancaster just off the 14 freeway and this, along with the Richard B. Hammack Center on the Eastside of Palmdale (just off Palmdale Blvd. and Sierra Highway), offers indoor and outdoor roller hockey.  The Hammack Center has two outdoor roller hockey rinks plus an active community center and an adjacent public youth library.  Palmdale's main public library is a short distance away, along Palmdale Blvd., and this is where you will also find the City Hall and Courthouse.  Palmdale Parks and Recreation offers some well organized activities for the entire family.  A great community resource, Parks & Rec will offer activities through the schools by way of information leaflets and brochures - you will always be kept informed of new classes and activities as they become available.  Click the link above for more info about the city of Palmdale's Parks and Recreation department.
